"My Anxiety..." Framed Print

This painting was created after the idea haunted me for weeks. The character personifies my anxiety and represents fear itself while the use of color alludes to the power of perspective.

The original version of the piece features a 3D element; the plaque on the chest was hand-molded, carved, and sanded out of modeling paste. Fluorescent acrylic paint was used to create an image that changes based on the lighting. This particular fluorescent element of the original, inspired the collage style you see in this print.

I hope you enjoy this piece as much as I do, its my favorite reminder to slow down and enjoy each moment without fear of what comes next.
